- Prosecutors say 261 parcels containing counterfeit OxyContin pills, later found to contain fentanyl, were delivered to the couple's home between August 2024 and December 2025.
- Searches at the couple's home uncovered 264 grams of blue fentanyl pills, 938 grams of methamphetamine pills, 19 grams of MDMA, packing materials, and syringes.
- The private security firm ARK Protection Group immediately removed Salsburey from the Ramaswamy family security detail, and Connie Luck said the family is alarmed and supports accountability while both suspects await court hearings.
- Despite passing multiple background checks, Salsburey was arrested alongside his wife, Rankin, as USPIS led a probe that seized over 3,000 pounds of synthetic opioids in FY2024.
