In opinions sent to Parliament, the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Corruption and the Higher Council of the Public Ministry give warnings. The new law makes it more vulnerable to prevent corruption and protect it from public money and at the same time increases the risk of mismanagement, the regularity of public revenue and expenditure is compromised.
