Two 20-year-old men were arrested after a fatal shooting early Saturday in downtown Visalia, police said. Officers responded around 1:43 a.m. to reports of gunfire at Sebby’s, near Main and Garden streets, where a fight inside the establishment escalated to a shooting, the Visalia Police Department said in a statement.
