The police said that an initial investigation indicates that the shooting was the result of a dispute between criminals. Since the beginning of the year, 24 people have been murdered - 20 of them from the Arab community.
Police say officers from the Western Galilee station have opened an investigation into a shooting incident in Yirka, after two people were shot. One was pronounced dead at the scene and the other is in critical condition.
