VinFast Names Founder’s Eldest Son as Its Global Chief Executive
The loss-making automaker is pursuing a more asset-light structure and overseas growth as it transfers about $530 million in assets and $6.9 billion in debt.

Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has appointed Pham Nhat Quan Anh, the eldest son of its founder Pham Nhat Vuong, as its global CEO. The company is planning a restructuring to reduce losses and grow overseas.
