Villeurbanne: a man beaten and shot, an Algerian under OQTF arrested

One man was assaulted by three individuals near a squat in Villeurbanne. Two suspects surrendered after the incident. One of them was identified as an Algerian in an irregular situation and under the blow OQTF.
