Villagers from Bang Bal district stormed Parliament carrying buckets to protest poor water management and recurring floods. Meanwhile, MPs from the People's Party urged Anutin Charnvirakul to fulfill his promise to compensate farmers and criticized the Royal Irrigation Department for only claiming fuel expenses while the water pumps are malfunctioning.
Recently, Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office and Member of Parliament for Ang Thong Province from the Bhumjaithai Party, posted a message stating that:
Ayutthaya residents are furious! They brought buckets to give to the Bhumjaithai Party MP for Constituency 5 to cover his head, criticizing the recurring floods and the government's neglect. They expressed regret for having voted for the ruling party throughout the province.
