VILLAGE OF MILFORD, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A mandatory conserve water order has been issued for the Village of Milford. Due to a lack of rain residents of the Village of Milford are asked to conserve water as the water table is low. The village is advising residents to use a minimum amount of water for cooking, bathing and drinking. Milford is in Otsego County and South of Cooperstown.
