Halberstadt is a city in Saxony-Anhalt, more precisely, a district town of the district of Harz. It counts about 38,000 inhabitants. It is called "gate to the Harz". The city is also known by its "Haberstädter Würstchen". Also known is the Röstererei Café Löper (here in a picture)....
