Water has always been part of my life. My father spent more than 40 years working in the water industry, serving communities and eventually retiring as the Public Works Director in my hometown before continuing his work with Wyoming Rural Water. Growing up around that kind of service teaches you early that water is not something to take for granted. It is one of the most important responsibilities a community has.
