HANOI — Vietnam auto manufacturer Kim Long Motor said on Tuesday that ‌it was partnering ​with China's BYD (Build Your Dreams) to develop a US$130 million plant to produce batteries for commercial electric vehicles (EVs) in central Vietnam.
