Members of the Supreme Council of the Magistrates (CSM) strongly condemn the serious incident that occurred on 15 January, in the strength of the Chisinau Judge, where Judge Eugenia Culinka was arrested by a judge, Alina Iațco. This is not the first case. In August 2025, a judge from the Chisinau Court, the Centre, was hit with a gas key by a man accused of violence in the family.
