Chicago residents, activists call for stronger action after weekend street takeovers

Chicago residents and community activists are calling for stronger action from city leaders after several street takeovers were reported across the city during the holiday weekend.

Some videos on social media show weapons, a pickup truck doing donuts and a wheel flying into a crowd. Another showed people starting and then standing in a ring of fire. Though some videos ended with police breaking them up, information about arrests was unavailable.
