The Fair Work Ombudsman has accused Bulmer Farms in Victoria's East Gippsland region of underpaying migrant workers more than $645,000.

Bulmer Farms, based in Victoria and a vegetable supplier to Coles and IGA, is being sued for allegedly underpaying farm workers. The prosecution is being lodged by the Fair Work Ombudsman, which is accusing the grower of underpaying 28 migrant workers more than $645,000.
