Man Arrested over Alleged $700,000 NDIS Fraud in Horsham

A 48-year-old man has been arrested over police claims he allegedly defrauded the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) of around $700,000 over a two-year period. A joint investigation run by Hamilton Crime Investigation Unit detectives and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) commenced after a man allegedly defrauded his own NDIS plan between 28 June 2024 and 30 June 2026.
