Vice President of India Chandrapuram Ponnusamy Radhakrishnan arrived today at Imphal as part of his four-day North East States tour. A warm welcome was accorded by the Governor of Manipur, Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Chief Minister of Manipur Y.
