Veterans, volunteers adorn Rhinelander cemeteries with American flags for Memorial Day
With Memorial Day on Monday, some veterans and volunteers have already started honoring our fallen heroes. Every year a group of veterans and volunteers take time to set up flags in Nativity of our Lord and Forest Home cemeteries.

As Memorial Day approaches, Trigg County is once again showing its gratitude to our fallen military veterans through thoughtful traditions and community efforts led by local organizations. Curt Holmes, adjutant of the American Legion Post 74 in Cadiz, says volunteers assist each year in placing American flags at the headstones of veterans.
