FARGO — A group of local veterans is spreading patriotism across the state with a two-day motorcycle ride and flag exchange ahead of Flag Day. The Fargo chapter of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association has teamed up with Scheels to collect old, worn-out American flags and replace them with new ones for free.
