BETHLEHEM — A traffic stop on Tuesday, police say, led to the discovery of more than 4 ounces of a substance that tested positive for cocaine. Martin J. Price, 51, of Bennington, Vermont was charged with two felonies — second-degree and third-degree possession of a controlled substance — as well as with a traffic violation.
