The heavy goods vehicles will cease to pay cargo in the Portal Regional Circuit (REP, A41) at bridge time from March to begin releasing the VCI transit in Port.
Pinto Luz said that this is “a measure of incentives for the increasingly use of the External Regional Circuit in the destruction of the Internal Cintru Road, which is the country’s biggest traffic problem”.
The aim is to free the three VCI sites in Porto.
