In preparation for the new school year and the International COP-17 Conference, it has been decided to implement organizational measures to classify vehicles by even and odd license plate numbers without zoning from 07:00 to 21:00 from August 15 to September 12. The regulation on even and odd license plate numbers does not apply to the following vehicles, according to the press department of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
