Vehicle recovery effort on Coquihalla Highway closing Merritt exit to Okanagan Connector

Travellers heading northbound to the Central Okanagan will be delayed slightly on Thursday, June 25. From 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Exit 286 in Merritt, which travellers take to transfer to the Okanagan Connector, will be closed due to a vehicle recovery. A detour is planned using Exit 290. Motorists are asked to watch for traffic control personnel, obey signage, and slow down in the area.
