Oswego, N.Y. - A woman was found dead inside a vehicle pulled from the Oswego River early Sunday morning, police said. At 3:39 a.m., Oswego police and fire crews were dispatched to the area of West Schuyler and West First streets for a report of a vehicle in the river, according to Oswego Police Chief Phil Cady.
