VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) -- Two people were rescued after a boat took on water Thursday evening off the coast of Cape Henry. Units with the Virginia Beach Fire Department were dispatched to a "vessel in distress" around 5:45 p.m. Upon arrival, they found two individuals who had abandoned their boat and were in life rafts.
