VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) -- Crews in Virginia Beach are investigating an early morning fire in the Salem area of the city. According to dispatch, crews were called to the 1600 block of Cliffwood Drive at 2:10 a.m. for the report of a working fire.
