According to information provided by the Minister of Energy, the first effects of these changes will be visible at gas stations the next day, Saturday, October 3rd.
The VAT reduction to 8% and the excise tax cut are becoming a reality. Drivers will feel relief at the pumps, but returning to the promise of fuel at 5.19 PLN per liter remains a pipe dream.
