New plan to revamp Montreal’s Van Horne Warehouse includes hotel, artist studios
The building, which straddles the Plateau-Mont-Royal and Rosemont boroughs, has been closed for years. In 2022, the new owners proposed a plan that was turned down by elected officials. It’s now been modified following public consultations.
