A neighborhood was put under preventive confinement on Wednesday afternoon due to police activity in Vallejo. Police said people in the area of South Nebraska, West Broadway, North Tennessee or east of Highway 29 must stay in their homes. So far the reason for the police presence on the site is unknown.
