Vallejo City Council hearing Tuesday on proposed $80 million housing bond

The Vallejo City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing Tuesday on a proposed $80 million bond for nonprofit Step Up Housing to acquire a Vallejo apartment building and convert much of it to affordable housing.
