A routine traffic stop in Tekamah on May 5 led to the arrest of a Bellevue woman on multiple felony charges involving narcotics, firearms, and an alleged explosive device. According to Jeremy Goeken, a Tekamah Police officer observed a white Lincoln MKC traveling on 13th Street around 9 p.m. and initiated a traffic stop for a vehicle violation.
