Vilnius County Waste Management Center (VAATC) has decided to terminate the Vilnius Mechanical Biological Treatment (MBA) facility operation contract with UAB Energesman and take over the waste operator's activities. Energesman representatives claim that the amount of waste accumulated at the plant does not exceed the norm, and will appeal the decision to the court.
