Two people, including a teenager, are facing charges after officers with the Utica Police Department responded to reports of a man waving a handgun.

Police said they were called to the 800 block of Court Street because Trimard Campbell, of Utica, was shirtless and waving a gun at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13. When officers arrived on scene, they said they spotted Campbell and a 17-year-old male walking nearby.
