Utica man accused of mugging in Oneida Square

Police said Michael Jordan, of Utica, approached another man in Oneida Square at about 7:50 a.m. Monday, Jan. 5 and asked the victim to buy a pack of cigarettes at a nearby store. When the victim refused, police said Jordan took the man's wallet and punched him in the face. The two men started fighting and police said Jordan fled the scene.
