Utah measles outbreak rises to 602 cases

There are now 602 cases in the Utah measles outbreak, the state’s Department of Health and Human Services reported April 14. Of those, 405 cases have been diagnosed this year. The confirmed total of measles cases reported nationwide in 2026 has increased to 1,748, according to the latest data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
