- Richman was charged Sunday in 4th District Court with two counts of custodial interference, a third-degree felony, as authorities issued a warrant for his arrest and began sharing Amber Alerts throughout Mexico.
- Utah officials explained that AMBER Alerts require four criteria, all of which must be met, including that investigators believe a child is in immediate danger and authorities have sufficient information; officials noted delays sometimes occur because 'certain elements aren't apparent at the beginning.
