UST, a global technology and artificial intelligence transformation company, has acquired Taciti Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in large-scale SAP enterprise software overhauls, the companies announced Monday.

UST, the global IT services company, has acquired Taciti Consulting, a Texas-based SAP Silver Partner focused on strategic, large-scale ERP transformation. Financial details were not released.
