HOPKINTON, R.I. (WPRI) — A U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee suspected of stealing from people's mail turned herself in to Hopkinton police on Wednesday. Tracy Brophy, 43, of Ashaway, was charged with three counts of larceny under $1,500.
