Speaking to the military magazine Breaking Defense, analyst Rasmus Søndergaard discussed the possibility of a US military action against Greenland. The magazine also interviewed other experts.
The United States has the capacity to annex Greenland if it wants to, according to a former secretary of state. A political science professor agrees, saying it is unlikely that Europe will sacrifice NATO for Greenland.
