Rubio joked at the UN when he received another question about Cuba and warned that no one will invest in the island until the regime changes its model of government.
The U.S. Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, responded “Of course,” when asked about the future investments of U.S. companies in Cuba. However, he said on Wednesday, outside the UN General Assembly, that there is currently no confidence in the private sector that companies can recover their investment until the government changes on the island.
