EBS STAFF Though snow is scant in the Gallatin Valley, West Yellowstone is still enjoying winter conditions that enable outdoors exploring. On Sunday, Feb. 15, the U.S. Forest Service is holding a beginner-friendly guided snowshoe hike along Refuge Point Trail in West Yellowstone. Snowshoers will meet at the Hebgen Lake Ranger District at 1 p.m.
