On Tuesday (March 24), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled to seize two paintings that Chinese restaurant entrepreneur Zhang Lan won at Christie's New York in 2014 for $29.1 million. The court also found that Zhang Lan's transfer of ownership of the paintings to others constituted "fraudulent transfer."
