With an unprecedented show of airborne force and open wartime focus, the U.S. Air Force is midway through Resolute Force Pacific 2025 (REFORPAC, July 10-Aug. 8), an international exercise in rapid air response under “contested” and combat conditions above a stretch of the Pacific between Hawaii and Japan.
