- Consumers who have the recalled chargers should discontinue use immediately, provide a photo including specific details and the word "recalled," and reach out to Anker to arrange a complimentary replacement and receive guidance on proper disposal.
- The recall is intended to protect customers by preventing additional harm or damage, following reports of two minor burn incidents and property losses exceeding $60,700.
