The Plena Chamber endorsed most of Law 2381 of 2024 and maintained the structure of the new pension system. However, there is a pending procedure in the House of Representatives.

The High Court will then have to review these points again, while the other provisions declared enforceable are due to enter into force on 1 April 2027.
