- Except for the two closed restaurants, the company stated that "Chapter 11 is not expected to have any impact on the remaining locations," allowing eight 801 Chophouse venues to operate normally.
- This filing joins a string of recent bankruptcies involving major chains like Red Lobster and Hooters, while McCormick and Schmick and Outback Steakhouse also closed multiple locations in 2025.
