Upper Dublin native Barry Caplan has purchased the Wyndam Hotel and El Limon properties at 34 and 38 East Butler Avenue in Ambler, along with the Gypsy Blu restaurant. The Gypsy Blu restaurant, which operates on the first two floors of the Wyndam Hotel property, was originally opened by the Conshy Girls restaurant group in 2015 and was sold to Bob Ross in 2020.
