Update: Wind advisory affecting Jackson County until early Tuesday evening – gusts to hit 45 mph

Strong southeast winds with gusts up to 45 mph and 2 to 4 inches of lake-effect snow will cause hazardous travel and reduced visibility, affecting Tuesday commutes, the National Weather Service said.
