Update: The winter weather advisory for Western Montgomery and Upper Bucks is forecast to expire at 1 p.m.

Near-freezing temperatures and northwest winds are causing icy roads and power line hazards, with over 6,000 annual weather-related vehicle deaths nationwide, the National Weather Service said.

Summary by Penn Live
The advisory was for Western Montgomery and Upper Bucks."Snow has concluded. However, strengthening northwest winds and colder air is surging into the area. This will result in slippery conditions, especially on any remaining untreated roads and bridges. Use extra caution if traveling this afternoon and this evening," explains the National Weather Service.
