Update: The flash flood warning for Hampden and Hampshire counties is predicted to expire at 9 p.m.

The warning was in place for Hampden and Hampshire counties."The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until midnight for portions of northern Connecticut and western Massachusetts," according to the National Weather Service.
