Update: The current severe thunderstorm warning for Malheur County will be expiring at 7 p.m.

The warning was issued for Malheur County."The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has weakened and moved out of the warned area. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. When safe to do so, please relay storm reports to the National Weather Service in Boise via local law enforcement, or National Weather Service Boise Facebook and Twitter accounts," according to the National Weather Service.
